La important pres\u00e8ncia del jazz en l’obra de\u00a0Friedlander\u00a0(els seus retrats per a les portades d\u2019Atlantic\u00a0REcords o els tres llibres que va dedicar a la vida musical de Nova Orleans) inspira aquest programa de concerts, organitzat en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el\u00a0Conservatori\u00a0del\u00a0Liceu\u00a0i el\u00a0Voll-Damm\u00a0Festival de Jazz de Barcelona.<\/p>\n
Fins al tancament de l’exposici\u00f3 (8 de maig), dos trios integrats per m\u00fasics del centre superior del\u00a0Conservatori\u00a0del\u00a0Liceu, i que formen tamb\u00e9 part del Festival de Jazz, oferiran un total de 6 concerts<\/strong>. El repertori estar\u00e0 inspirat en alguns dels m\u00fasics retratats per\u00a0Friedlander<\/strong>, imatges que poden veure’s en la primera part de l’exposici\u00f3 i que inclouen, entre altres grans noms del jazz, a Ray Charles, Miles\u00a0Davies, John\u00a0Coltrane, Sara\u00a0Vaughan, Ruth Brown,\u00a0Aretha\u00a0Franklin o\u00a0Ornette\u00a0Colemann.<\/p>\n
